Boundary Agreements

Additions to the Sale and Purchase of Land commentaries have analysed the law and practice in relation to boundaries to assist practitioners who are called upon to prepare boundary agreements or to seek the determination of a boundary. 

A precedent boundary agreement has been added which can be adapted to suit most circumstances. This precedent may be found in Sale & Purchase of real property > A. Getting the matter underway > Blank deeds, agreements and execution clauses > Agreements.
