Criminal Offences App
Version 2 of the Criminal Offences App is now live. We would like to thank all those who generously provided practical and insightful feedback. The app is available in the LEAP Marketplace and can be enabled by all By Lawyers subscribers free of charge.
The Criminal Offences app contains more comprehensive and easily navigable information, with hyperlinks to universal guidance, including the applicability of guidelines.
Additional data input sections streamline the process of recording information and includes a new section enabling users to record sentence suggestions. This is designed to assist practitioners in monitoring their decision-making process as they advise their clients.
