Family Law - Questions On The Financial Statement

Following a recent request, and in consultation with our family law author, we have developed a Questions on the financial statement precedent for the Financial remedy guide. 

The new Questions on the financial statement precedent combines a questionnaire and a schedule of deficiencies in one document and is designed to be sent back and forth between the practitioners for each side. 

The precedent is divided into sections which follow the order of the Form E Financial Statement, and there is provision for practitioners to pose questions, enter a reply, add a deficiency on the reply, and a final response.

It would be great to get feedback about the new precedent – comments and suggestions are always welcome.
