Short Residential Tenancies – Changes To Tenancies In Wales
Legislation has now come into force that changes tenancies in Wales. From 1 December 2022, the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 abolished assured, secure, and other tenancies in Wales and introduced occupation contracts between landlords and tenants. The changes also affect the circumstances in which possession can be sought by a landlord in Wales.
