
Summary Enclosures
The matter plans in each guide have been reviewed to give a practical flow to matters and ensure that documents are in the right place for easy location and use.
All matter plans will contain documents summarising the process, enabling practitioners to give clients a great idea of the work involved and the direction of travel for each matter. These are all called A summary of … and are usually in the Enclosures for the initial letter to the client folder, contained in the Getting the matter underway folder.
