Wills And The STEP Provisions

Several practitioners have been in touch about their preference for using the STEP provisions when drafting wills.

In order to assist those practitioners By Lawyers have drafted three new precedents:

• Will for one person with STEP provisions;
• Client 1 will for spouses with client 2 spouse as trustee and beneficiary with STEP provisions;
• Client 2 will for spouses with client 3 spouse as trustee and beneficiary with STEP provisions.

These additions add to the already comprehensive suite of will precedents available to practitioners, ensuring there is the right will precedent for every client.
